Beginning in January 2027, the Ability Fellowship will help people with vision disabilities build practical digital careers. A $1,000 sponsorship supports one fellow's accessible learning and transition toward paid work. It is a workforce-development engagement, not a charitable donation.

Accountable outcomes
Vision-Aid will track learning, practical work, paid internship participation, and verified paid-work outcomes separately.
